Scan results are based on AI-generated responses and may vary. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of scan data.

4. Acceptable Use

You may use Visentra only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
You must not use the platform to monitor brands or entities without proper authorization.
You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the platform.
You must not use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the platform beyond the provided API.
You must not interfere with or disrupt the platform's infrastructure or other users' access.

5. Intellectual Property

The Visentra platform, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Visentra and protected by intellectual property laws.
Your brand data and custom prompts remain your property. You grant us a limited license to process this data to provide our services.
Scan results and analytics generated by the platform may be used by you for your internal business purposes.

6. Subscription & Billing

Certain features require a paid subscription. Pricing details are available on our website and within the platform.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact our support team for refund requests.
We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice to existing subscribers.

7. Data & Privacy

Your use of Visentra is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.
You are responsible for ensuring that any data you input into the platform complies with applicable privacy laws.
